21^st Singapore International Photo-Art Exhibition 2009

The Photo-Art Association of Singapore (PAS) cordially invites you and photographers all over the world to participate in the 21st Singapore International Photo-Art Exhibition 2009. This exhibition is organized in accordance with the recommended practices and rules of the Photographic Society of America (PSA) and the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP). All acceptances are eligible for PSA EID’s who’s who and Star Ratings. Acceptances are also taken into account in AFIAP and EFIAP distinctions.

新加坡影艺研究会诚邀世界各地摄影家热烈参加第廿一届国际艺术摄影展览。本影展是根据美国摄影学会(PSA)及国际影艺联盟(FIAP)所订沙龙规章办理。入选作品可申请列入PSA 数码影像组摄影家名彔及星级计分。入选作品也受AFIAP及EFIAP名衔所承认。
